When Sergio was a child, he suffered a serious illness. To raise enough money to fund his son's treatment at an American hospital, Jesús robbed banks. At his bedside, he told Sergio about his robberies and his dreams of robbing a mint one day.
On February 5, 1987, Jesús Marquina left home to rob the Spanish-American bank. Sergio, not knowing what his father was up to, followed him by bicycle. He watched as his father ran out of the bank holding bags of cash in his hands. Police point their guns at him and order that he surrender, but Jesús notices Sergio watching him and gets distracted. Jesús fails to follow police orders and is shot dead.
Jesús has dark hair and wears glasses.
Not much is known about Jesús Marquina's relationships except that he was a loving father who cared deeply about his son, Sergio, and was willing to rob banks and risk his life to secure a future for him.
