Biography[]
Rio's Mother is the mother of Aníbal Cortés. When Aníbal was young, he told his mother he wanted to be an olympian. Rio's mother often called Aníbal, Rayo as a nickname.
When she discovers her son's participation in the Royal Mint of Spain Heist, she gives an interview with her husband on television about their son. In the interview she talks about her son with her husband and how they just believed he was playing video games on his computer, not committing crimes. The interview gets quite heated in the interview, with Paco Cortés even going so far as to confess that for him, "his son is dead," to which Rio's mother finds her husband has gone too far.
Hours later, they hire a lawyer and are trying to get their son to turn himself in and have a reduced sentence. They meet with the police, who manage to get their son a video to try to convince him to turn himself in.
